The Story of My LOGO
as drawn by
Leonardo da Vinci [whom & whose work I've admired for many years]: the human body inscribed in the circle and the square
based on the Golden Ratio [also known as Divine Proportion and
Divine Section], the fundamental geometric patterns of the cosmic order.
The image is often the symbolic depiction for Health, Fitness, Medicine,
Holism and for
Anthropology.
The Vitruvian man may be taken, more or less, at face value as an
image of a balanced, healthy man - "Leonardo da
Vinci's Vitruvian Man - the embodiment of health for man and woman."

I chose this picture as my logo because of all it means to me personally
and professionally! It is a perfect symbol to reflect my credentials and
what I do ... and how I help others with them!

Man [no offense Leonardo], and put the
chakras [main spin points] on him because we are more than physical beings. We
are also spiritual beings, which also needs to be healed to achieve complete health and
to be whole. My work includes
Body, Mind, and Spirit.

I bring 25+ years of extensive life experience and work history in cancer
hospice, grief counseling, geriatric long term/palliative care into my holistic
practice. I hold a Master's Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, with
an academic background in socio-cultural anthropology, history, archaeology,
psychology, philosophy, and theology. These credentials have been further augmented by many years of in-depth study
of anatomy, physiology, and the natural healing arts in several modalities.
As a specialist in the "Relaxation Response", I am committed to creating a safe
and comfortable healing oasis using compassionate non-invasive natural healing
arts to facilitate pro-active intervention from stress & dis-ease.
Fully licensed to perform Legal Marriages since 2005, I am a Registered Wedding Officiant for the Province of Ontario & a non-denominational lay chaplain with
All Seasons Church.
